HLS will employ advanced scanning technology to create a digital twin of a customer's manufacturing operations, gathering data and virtualizing their cells. Realtime's Optimization-as-a-Service will then process this digital data to analyze and identify potential bottlenecks in production. The service will generate and evaluate numerous robot paths, considering target assignment, robot reach, and other customer-defined parameters.

This complex process can be carried out without disrupting ongoing production. Once the results are finalized and validated, they can be seamlessly applied on the production floor.
