Construction Starts on NEXTDC’s Sydney S3 Data Center. Multiplex Chosen to Begin Construction of Phase 1 of New Facility in North Shore, Development Due For Completion in Second Half 2022.

Designed by GREENBOX Architecture, the facility will be 34,000 square meters, over eight stories and deliver more than 20,000 sq m of data center floor space and 4,000 sq m of critical office space.

Mulitplex has previously been involved in the construction of NextDC’s 20MW facility in Perth and the S2 center in Sydney’s Macquarie Park.
